Identified - We are currently seeing a higher than normal percentage of cancelled and expired Bancontact payments. It has been indicated this is due to an issue with the Bancontact network outside of our platform.

Consumers might be unable to pay with Bancontact.

Resolved - The fix has been successfully implemented and we have processed all refunds which were not being processed.

We are fully up to date and are processing refunds as normal. This means there will be no delay in actually refunding to clients.

The delay was from 16:45 till 22:30.

Resolved - Our Bancontact Supplier has implemented a fix and after extensive monitoring, we are confident that service levels are operating at normal levels again. Bancontact is fully operational again since 14:54 CEST.

Resolved - Akamai has fully resolved the issue since 19:07 CEST. All suppliers and services should be operating on expected levels again.

Identified - Multiple suppliers worldwide are experiencing problems with their services, which is also impacting Mollie's suppliers i.e. ABN Amro and Rabo bank. This is due to Akamai having problems with their Edge DNS servers. Which is one of the most widely used internet services in the world.
