We've experienced a partial outage on our iDEAL platform between 18:21 and 18:30 CEST, impacting iDEAL transactions in this period.
The partial outage appears to have been caused by a brief interruption of the connection to our iDEAL supplier.
Update: we have investigated this more thoroughly and come to the conclusion that the partial outage was caused by low performance of an ATOS service powering all iDEAL acquirers.
