Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We’ve identified degraded availability of our processing platform between 04:14 and 04:30. This has resulted in temporary failure to process some but not all credit card or Bancontact payments. Other payment methods were not affected.

We’ve investigated the issue and restored availability. We are currently still working with a supplier to establish root cause. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Investigating - Credit card payments have been stable over the last few hours. Credit card payment processing was partially affected between 15:37 and 17:44 CEST. While we'll continue to monitor the performance and investigate the root cause, the incident is considered resolved.

Monitoring - We've identified the problem and are seeing no more failures on credit card payments. We are monitoring the situation and will resolve this incident once we're certain it will not reoccur.

Investigating - We’ve identified an interruption of our credit card processing platform since 15:36 CEST. This might also impact Bancontact payments for some merchants.

Resolved - At 19:20 our supplier of our Help Center and Support Ticketing System has reported that the technical problems have been resolved.

Update - The receipt of support requests sent by email and the form on our website has returned to normal. Support requests sent as Facebook direct messages are still affected. Our Help Center is available again, but might suffer from occasional degraded performance. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Monitoring - Our supplier of our Help Center and Support Ticketing System is experiencing technical problems. They have reported it at 17:15. This affects our Help Center and contact request via email, social media as well as parts of our website.
