Resolved - Most American Express payments and a minority of Bancontact payments were affected from 20:51 to 22:12 due to a 3DSecure disruption at one of our suppliers. Success rates for the affected payment methods have returned to nominal levels since.

Monitoring - Our 3DSecure supplier for American Express credit cards is looking into the problem. We're seeing successful American Express payments coming in normally since 22:15, we're monitoring the situation.

Investigating - We're seeing increased amounts of American Express credit card payments failing due to 3DSecure expiry. Other payment methods and credit card brands are not affected. We're looking into this.

Resolved - Our service provider has resolved the incident. Parts of our website were affected from 21:16 to 21:50 approximately. API and payments were not affected.

Resolved - Availability of iDEAL via Rabobank is back to normal. Hereby we discontinue monitoring this situation.

Identified - Rabobank is currently experiencing a full outage since approximately 14:00 CEST. Therefore, it's currently not possible to pay with iDEAL via Rabobank.
