Scheduled - The TLS/SSL certificate for the Mollie API and website will be replaced on Wed 2020-12-02 between 10 and 11 am (CET). This is not expected to affect payment processing. No action is needed by our merchants.

However, merchants using custom integrations or using legacy platforms should be aware of the following:
if you configured your custom API client to expect a specific certificate (which is discouraged) you will need to accommodate for this change.

Identified - Due to an issue at one of our suppliers, the payment methods Giropay and EPS are experiencing performance degradation. As a result, Customers paying through those methods may have difficulties completing payments.

We're closely monitoring the situation at our supplier and we'll update this status report when the issue is resolved.

Investigating - Due to an outage at our supplier, we're currently experiencing degraded performance on Bancontact payment traffic. This started at 18:35 CEST. Payments via Bancontact are still functional, however, without the QR code feature. We're closely monitoring the situation and will update this message as soon as possible.

Resolved - Due to an outage at our supplier, we've experienced a short disruption in the Bancontact payment traffic between 17:39 CEST and 18:00 CEST. Payments via Bancontact were still functional, however, without the QR code feature. The supplier reported the issue as solved and we see payments resuming at normal levels again.

We strongly discourage the whitelisting of our IP addresses. However, if your setup requires it, you should add the above range to your collection.
