We estimate that approximately 800 payments were unsuccessful today between 16:15 and 16:20, due to limited API connectivity resulting from issues at the Amsterdam Internet Exchange.

The issue has been mitigated and payments are no longer affected. Our developers continue to monitor the platform for any inconsistencies.
