    This incident has been resolved.

    The issue affecting refund creation on the Mollie Mobile App has been fixed, and a new version of our mobile app is being rolled out.

    To apply the fix, please update to the latest version:

    • iOS 2.56.2 – If the update isn't showing in the App Store, delete and reinstall the app to ensure you get the latest version.

    • Android 2.55.4 – Update via the Play Store as normal.

    We have identified a disruption affecting the Mollie Mobile App. Users are currently unable to create refunds via the app.

    A fix is being worked on. In the meantime, refunds can be created via the Public Refunds API or the Mollie Dashboard on the web. We will provide updates as they become available.
